DigiMap Growth is a digital marketing and publisher growth agency based in Karachi, Pakistan, operating the website digimap.pk. We work with clients in Pakistan and internationally.

What information we collect
The enquiry form is the only place on this website where we ask you for personal information. When you submit it, we receive:
- Your name and work email address
- Your company name and website, if you provide one
- Your country and business type
- The service you are interested in, your approximate budget, and your timeline
- The main challenge you describe and the message you write
- Confirmation that you consented to us using this information to reply
Server logs
Like almost all websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information when a page is requested. This typically includes the IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. These logs are generated by the host for security and reliability, are retained for a limited period, and are not used by us to build any profile of you.
Why we use your information
We use the details you submit for one purpose: to read your enquiry, understand what you need, and reply to you. If a working relationship follows, we may continue to use your contact details to communicate about that work.
We do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of an enquiry, and we do not send unsolicited promotional email.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies, and it does not load any analytics, advertising, or social media tracking scripts. That is why you do not see a cookie banner here. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party, so viewing a page does not send a request to any external service.
If we introduce privacy-friendly analytics in future, we will update this section before doing so, and we will choose a cookie-free option wherever practical.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We rely on two service providers to operate the website, and your information may pass through them:
- Vercel, which hosts the website and generates the server logs described above
- Resend, which delivers the enquiry form submission to our inbox as an email
Where your information is processed
Our hosting and email providers operate infrastructure outside Pakistan, so information submitted through this site may be processed in other countries. We use established providers that offer contractual protections for the data they handle on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful for the conversation they relate to, and for our own business records afterwards. If you would like an enquiry deleted, contact us and we will remove it, except where we are required to retain something for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to do any of the following in relation to information you have given us:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is inaccurate
- Delete your enquiry and contact details
- Stop using your details to contact you
Making a request
Send your request using the details on our contact page and we will respond as quickly as we reasonably can. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under local data protection law, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection, and enquiry submissions are transmitted securely to our email provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential commercial information, passwords, or financial details through the enquiry form.
Children
This website offers business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the date shown at the top. Significant changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
